The objective of this study was to screen effective resistance sources to P. sojae for disease control and resistance breeding.

Applied with combination of biotechnology and traditional breeding, we can screen cotton resistance-related genes, cultivate new breed directionally which is the easiest way to control disease.

So, it is necessary to carry out mutation breeding of LA5 strain and screen high yield strains for large-scale production of antibiotic in the future.
