One day in winter the woman was standing beneath it, peeling herself an apple, and while she was thus peeling the apple, she cut her finger, and the blood fell into the snow.

I took this photograph during the winter in Koszeg, Hungary. The autumn had been so warm that this apple remained on the tree and froze.

I have to rake leaves up. I have to pick apple. I have to get ready for the winter!
