A soft X-ray TV microscope for nondestructive testing has been developed. The testing results of some samples with the system are given.

Using examples drawn from conventional transmission microscope and TV picture it is shown that an compressed picture with 0.45 bit per pixel can give a reasonable visual quality.

The tracing algorithm for drawing track of particle's Browian movement in microscope TV computer system is stated in detail.
