Any Financial Indebtedness of the Borrower or the Guarantor is not paid whendue nor within any originally applicable grace period.

If you fail to meet margin calls whendue this will constitute an Event of Default and we will be entitled to exercise our rights set out in the General Dealing Terms.

The Customer shall pay to the Company in cash, or as otherwise agreed, all sums whendue, immediately and without reduction or deferment on account of any claim, counterclaim or set-off.
