Based on the great orbit-transfering velocity increment and less intercepting time of kinetic weapon in space, this dissertation brings a new method of determining a predictive interception point.

The technics parameters, such as the laser power, scan velocity, powder feed rate and the Z axis increment, which influence quality and shape were analyzed in this article.

Here, an approximate formula educed by dimensional analysis is presented, which involves fracture velocity and loading rate, to calculate kinetic energy increment.
