When all shareholders of limited liability withdraw as aforesaid, two or more shareholders of unlimitedliability may, with unanimous agreement, reincorporate the company into an unlimited company.
前项有限责任股东全体退股时，无限责任股东在二人以上者，得以一致之同意变更其组织为无限公司。
