Wind erosion is one of the most calamity weather phenomenon in loess hilly-gully area of Hebei Province, it often occurs in winter or spring.

The main ecological environment problems in the west China are a little rain and arid, serious hazard of wind sand, topography in pieces, vast hilly gully area and intense soil and water erosion.

Under the influence of the gully wind, there is filled with lots of wind accumulated deposit which triggers the form of debris flow with landslides;
