After color noise as wind load is generated from white noise filter, wind-induced vibration of guyed masts is described as random vibration under white noise excitations.

This model function is applied to NSCAT data to retrieve wind vectors, with the Maximum-Likelihood Estimator to get a set of ambiguous wind vectors and a vector filter technique to remove ambiguities.

It was found that the collision times between filter particle and dust particle change with the particle size when the wind velocity is same.
