In this paper, a test system to pure water hydraulic gear pump for modeling test was designed, which is used to test cavitation property except for usual property and life test.

When the back wheel of the bicycle is rotated, it drives the drive gear and then forces the centrifugal pump to operate and pump water.

Also the manufacturing precision of water hydraulic gear pump, especially gear surface and side flank, is required in order to improve its volume efficiency.
