Objective: to explore the efficacy of vitrectomy on vitreous hemorrhage.

Methods Vitrectomy treated 37 patients (37 eyes) with intraocular foreign bodies in the posterior segment.

Objctive to investigate the role of keeping anterior capsule in lensectomy, vitrectomy and silicone oil tamponade.
