Based on the comparison of landscape effect and its relevant water-energy budget, an index for assessing the stability of oasis is proposed and corresponding calculation method is established.

Then, it gives a new flow interpolation method, based on traditional subentry regeneration and water budget balance and watershed hydrologic feature, to fit for the streams in Zhejiang Province.
