Delivering his Christmas Day sermon, Dr Williams said that with hardship ahead for so many, confidence was low and it would grow only if there were more sign of solidarity.

Williams was driving from casino in Connecticut to New York's Chinatown in March of 2011, when the bus swerved off Interstate 95 and crashed into a sign pole.
