Pakistan is affected by nationwide transmission of WPV1, and is the location of the only wild poliovirus type 3 (WPV3) case in Asia in 2011 (a strain on the verge of elimination on the continent).

The recombinant strain also had lower adhesiveness(P>0.05)and significantly lower relative invasiveness to the HeLa cells than its wild type strain(P<0.05).

Besides, the strain is wild type with very clear genetic background, which is fit for genetic improvement and is hopeful to improve the capability of disposing the organic waste gas greatly.
