  To study the pathogenesis of cervical cancer in the level of histone modification from the epigenetic modification,we evaluate the level of histone H3 lysine 9 trimethylation in cervical squamous carcinoma tissue.

  本实验测定宫颈鳞癌组织细胞中组蛋白H3赖氨酸9(H3K9)三甲基化(Me3)水平,以此从宫颈癌的表观遗传修饰中组蛋白修饰水平对宫颈癌的发病机制进行研究。
