This paper introduces current situation of waste oil treatment of gathering pump station, analyzes factors which affect the pump station running from waste oil recovery.

The practice shows that the reformed technique can realize automatic control of sump pump. Not only it avoids waste oil overflow accident, but also it improves station operational efficiency.

The treatment equipment comprises a waste oil tank, an extraction pump, an oil filter, an impurity separator, a pressuring pump and a ceramic film filter;
