Wash your face and open your mouth.

Don't forget to rinse your mouth vigorously with water; this will wash away any food matter that was loosened but not removed.

Be altruistic: cover your mouth and nose with a disposable tissue when you cough or sneeze, bin the tissue immediately and, yes, wash your hands.
