The lessee may transfer the right to the use of the equipment or any other rights under the leasing agreement only with the consent of the lessor and subject to the rights to the third parties.

Lessee shall have no right to sublease the containers or assign its rights under this lease, except with the prior written consent of lessor.

Lessees preemption right refers to the transfer of housing lessor, under the same conditions, lessee has priority to purchase the house over other people according to the law.
