A method for gathering and purifying the oil smoke which was produced by oil quenching tanks and tempering in the whole-sealed and constant-temperature heat treatment plant was introduced.

The whole system is self-design with advanced design method and measure in software and hardware, which effectively overcome current technical defect of well-logging in LiaoHe oil field.

Conclusion This method is suitable to whole process of heavy oil development by steam injection, and it is an effective method.
