This paper studies the stator vibration of an induction motor with square frame, and presents a novel multi-degree vibrating model which is superior to the conventional double-ring one.

The results of the experiment of freight car's side frame under the single-grade vertical and level vibrating loads are used to prove the synthesis; and satisfactory results are achieved.
