The board environment had become very frustrating and stressful, but instead of resigning and walking away with nothing, I had cut a deal giving me a major portion of the pay I was entitled to.

At exercise my balance was really better and I actually balanced on the wabble board while pitching the medicine ball back and forth. My doctor said I was walking and balancing better.

Hope is tough walking stick, patience is a bag, take them, you can board the eternal journey, traveled around the world.
