The black abstract material which sticks to inside crack of the sample machined by wire-electrode cutting is analyzed and studied by using scanning electron microscope and X-ray energy spectrometer.

Through ANSYS simulation of vibration for the electrode wire. Proposed the measure of reduce vibration of electrode wire in order to improve the electrode wire cutting machine quality.

Due to sectional use of the electrode wire, the loss of the electrode wire is small under the condition of fine cutting, so that the cutting precision can be improved.
