In this paper, for solving the parameter problem of two dimensional wave equation, the method of Finite Element and the Pulse Spectrum Technique, i. e. the iterative process are used.

Based on the analysis of the two-level algorithm structure, the paper has proved that the model is a recursive simultaneous model, and the problem of model parameter recognition is resolved.

For the problem of parameter estimation of one dimensional and two dimensional chirp signal in additive colored Gaussian noise, a new method based on fourth-order cumulant is proposed.
