Obtained a new character that each fuzzy topological group of tope (QU) is descried in terms of a composite fuzzy pseudonorm of a group.

It has been proved that the nature of independence exists in the axiomatic system of Group, Euclidean space, distance space and topological space.

By the use of group action and normal covering we give an answer in some conditions from topological rigidity theorem in this article.
