This paper analyses and calculates two ranges of standard thickness of the cotton sheet on scutcher, that is, the ranges decided by the process parameter and by the pedal roller evenness regulator.

This machine is suitable for grinding flat glass straight-line edges and two corners of different sizes and thickness. Its speed can be adjusted by stepless regulator at random.
