This report addresses the management of massive and submassive pulmonary embolism (PE), iliofemoral deep veinthrombosis (IFDVT), and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH).
Methods:18 patients with acute iliofemoral venous thrombosis underwent catheter-directed thrombolysis via the great saphenous vein puncture after placement of vena caval filter.
