The object literal stub applied to the constructor records it's interaction with the system under test via local variables url and callback.

These properties can be specified as system properties or, if needed, they can be set within a properties object and passed to UDDIProxy in a new constructor.

The ResourceManager class will load the resource files based on the system default locale or you could specify the locale in the constructor.
