The Client must sign and date the Certificate of Cover as acceptance and acknowledging the fact that the details are as supplied and are both accurate and correct.

All data for completion and acceptance of project shall be complete without loss, especially for pile-made data as quality guarantee of materials, acceptance certificate and test report.

Licensee shall sign the acceptance certificate upon acceptance of the liquidated damages, while Licensor shall not be released from its guarantee obligations.
