In order to test and verify the heat radiation of the CPU heat sink, the authors have conducted a thermal simulating analysis on the basis of ANSYS program of FEM.

The flow and heat transfer numerical model for Canopy Thermal Fatigue Test-Bed is established. The simulating results agree with the experiment data well.
