Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of lengthening the tarsalplate with a foreign scleral strip to cure relapsed upper eyelid cicatricial entropion.

Conclusion It was effective to resuture the lower eyelid retractor to tarsalplate and resect the measurable lower eyelid skin to correct senile entropion and had a low recurrence rate.
