By graduation from middle school or Bar Mitzvah age children should be able to make their own list, write and address each note, stamp and mail it, and check off the list.

The stamp, which was designed and produced by the Canadian Bank Note Company and SICPA Product Security, contains security features much like the identifiers stamped on money.
