A classical thermal conductivity measurement method, named periodic heating measuring technique, has been developed in this research.

A new simple analytic model available for the thermal conductivity measurement system of hot-wire and semitransparent solid materials is established.

Furthermore, different porous silicon samples were prepared, and whose surface morpho - (logy) analysis and thermal conductivity measurement using micro-raman technology were performed.
