Conclusion P2X7 receptor was functionally expression in BMMC from leukemia patients. The high expression of P2X7 receptor was related to insensitivity to therapy.
结论P 2x7受体在白血病患者BMMC中有功能性表达，其高表达与患者治疗不敏感相关。
