Brake power is only useful if it can be controlled and the tire does not lock up.

Check the tire pressure, oil level, and lighting of headlights, brake lights, and turn signals before starting the engine.

Install rotor, caliper, and wheel and tire assembly, then adjust parking brake shoes.
