Objective: to discuss the prognosis of involved factors in treatment of severe craniocerebral injury complicated with tentoriumcerebelli hiatus hernia by surgery.

Methods: 80 emergency cases of severe craniocerebral injury complicated with tentoriumcerebelli hiatus hernia were included in this study for statistical analysis on fatality rate.
