In this paper, theoretical and experimental investigation on the newly developed equipment of renewable tidal-current energy spring-control vertical-axis variable-pitch turbine is presented.

In particular, I need a solution for objects that can be created at arbitrary points in the execution of the application, outside of the Spring container's control.

We do it by using existing technology (Spring AOP) which provides control and execution mechanism.
