  24 identities (represented 24 unique proteins) were downregulated in the developmental process of sporophyl. Of them, over-reperasentative proteins were those involved in protein metabolism (45.8% of the identities), proteins participated in carbohydrate and energy (20.8% of the identities) metabolism also took a large part.
