Objective: to discuss the method to accelerate the wound healing and to reduce scar formation in thick splitskin donor sites.

Results: All the thick splitskin donor sites with razor thin skin transplanted healed in shorter period and with little scar or light pigmentation.
结果：刃厚皮回植中厚供皮区创面愈合时间缩短，且愈后瘢痕增生不明显，色素改变较轻。
