This article analyses the change of hairiness in yarn processing. through a series of experiments the influence of yarn winding speed tension and clearing setting on its hairiness was studied.

It has been testified that the real time interrupt technology is exact and reliable, thus ensuring the precise control property of yarn tension in the composite product winding technology.

In the spinning process equalization point of the yarn is influenced by twist, spinning tension, roving interval, and overfeed ratio. Certain relationship exists among them.
