Conclusions: By complete subtalar release, rotational reduction of the talocalcanealjoint can be accomplished in total correction of deformity.

Removal of the talocalcaneal bar with wedge osteotomy is easy to operate may preserve the function of the joint, and seems to be a better method for treatment of talocalcaneal bridge.
