This algorithm makes good use of the B-Spline function's well performance in edge estimation and wavelet 's multi-scales character. The experiment results are satisfactory.

In this paper, we first discuss the periodization of spline orthogonal wavelet, and then give the decomposition and reconstruction algorithms of the periodized wavelet.
