On the basis of the establishment of air movement equations in a confined ventilated chicken house, the governing equation, represented by the stream function and potential function, is deduced.

In this thesis, the Finite Element Method is applied to the solution of the Laplace equation formulated by means of stream function for the calculation of the static hydraulic thrust.

Then basing on the free-vortex equation, potential equation and stream function of flow are achieved by mathematical analyze, and solving these equations gives flow fields.
