With the H1N1 outbreak, as soon as the new strain was identified, its genetic code was transmitted to influenza experts around the world for further evaluation.

First, the existing evaluation methods are summarized; some shorts in them are pointed out. The purpose and sense of strain method which will be used in this paper are expounded to the point.

Then, according to classical theory and a series of assumptions, through a variety of analytical and numerical methods, the dent defect evaluation method of stress and strain was established.
