Finally, the methods for calculating fatigue life based on fracture mechanics for welded node and cumulative damage theory for bolted sphere node respectively have been presented.

The measuring device of space Angle between both bolted holes of bolted sphere node of grid's machining is developed. The structure, principle and test method of the device are introduced.
