Where both ends of the flexible pole come into contact with the ground then an attachment device (storm guy) shall be provided at both sides of the pole.

Here we are, toying with avalanches, backcountry skiing, surfing in rip currents, and then my father is killed because a guy takes off and flies right into a storm. I don't know what to make of it.

Is that really the guy you want steering through a storm?
