The distortion law of high-speed diesel crankshafts during nitriding was studied. The influence of crankshafts shape and nitriding process parameters on the distortion was analyzed.
Therefore, the actual observation obtains the reflection time, is not the standard hyperbolic curve, but was a distortion hyperbolic curve, thus influence speed analysis and iteration effect quality.
