An evolving model that can construct small-worldnetworks and scale-free networks is employed to introduce nonlinear rewiring methods with keeping the number of nodes and edges invariable.
Simulation results show that the proposed approach can generate a variety of topological networks, including random graphs, small-worldnetworks, scale-free networks and other new networks.
