Radiometric sensitivity shows the sensitivity of instrument to input radiance and its analysis includes calculation and uncertainty analysis of radiometric sensitivity.

Owing to the improvement of electrical circuit design the sensitivity of instrument is increased. The specimen with both low resistivity and short lifetime can be measured conveniently.
