In this paper, a new method for the white-light image processing using speckle modulation screen is presented.

It is feasible that to use CCD device and image processing system in measurement of the modulation transfer function (MTF) of X-ray film and luminescent screen.

The optical modulation system generates and modulates light and generates an image in response to the drive control signal and then scans the image for projecting onto a screen.
