This paper presents a method of characteristics to calculate the structure of the detonation wave in condensed explosive by the decay shock curve data obtained in the aquarium test.

For the same mist density, the decay ratio of the shock wave increases with the decrease in the water mist diameter.

By analyzing the early phase of frequency decay, it is possible to identify multi-shock earthquake sequence, but it is difficult to rapidly judge intermittent double-shock and swarm.
