Article55a passenger shipcertificate shall be effective for a period as granted by the shipping administration authority depending on her seaworthiness; however it shall not exceed one year.
第55条(客船证书之有效期间)客船证书之有效期间，由航政主管机关视其适航性核定之。但不得超过一年。

Name and nationality of the mortgaged ship and the authorities that issued the certificate of ownership and the certificate number thereof;
